Please allow 10-14 days for despatch of your made to order items (rope, treat jars, toy boxes etc)
For ready to ship items, these will be despatched in 1-3 working days from when you place the order. However if you have also ordered a made to order item, this will then be 10-14 days for despatch. Please check the description to see if the item is ready to ship or made to order.
If you have receieved an order despatch notification and you are in the UK, please allow 5-7 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your items before contacting us.
If you are international, please use the tracking number provided and allow 10-14 days for your items to arrive before contacting us. Each country will take a different amount of time for customs and postal services to process your parcel.
Please use a soft dressmakers measuring tape when getting your dogs neck measurement. Place it as close as possible, without being too tight, around your dogs neck, in the place where the collar would naturally sit.

Biothane Products
Biothane is waterproof and easily wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Rope items
As your rope collar/lead has been hand dyed it is only reccommended that you use a damp cloth to remove and dirt from the cotton fibres. Washing your collar/lead in a bowl of hot soapy water will clean it better, however it will remove/dilute the vibrant colour. Dark colours fare better than lighter shades.
Treat Jars
You can clean the treat jars with a damp cloth on the inside of the jar and very carefully on the outside. Please do not scrub the jars as this will remove the paint. The jars seal can be removed and cleaned aswell.
